Orders and Shipping
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of order:
- Cairo & Giza Orders: Usually delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Alexandria Orders: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
- Matruh & North Coast Orders: Usually delivered within 3–6 business days.
- Canal & Delta Orders: Usually delivered within 3–6 business days.
- Upper Egypt, Red Sea & Sinai Orders: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days.
- El-Wadi El-Gedid Orders: Usually delivered within 7–9 business days.
We always strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive tracking details once your package is on the way.
Creating an account is quick and easy:
Click on the Sign Up / Register button at the top of the website.
Fill in your details such as name, email, and password.
Verify your email address (you’ll receive a confirmation link).
Log in with your new account and start shopping right away.
You can update your shipping address easily before your order is shipped:
Log in to your account and go to My Account / Profile.
Select Addresses or Shipping Information.
Edit your current address or add a new one, then save the changes.
If you’ve already placed an order and want to change the address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can update it before shipping.
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order:
Go to the Mylerz website then click on “Track Shipment”.
Enter your tracking number or order ID.
You’ll be able to see the latest updates on your delivery status.

No, we do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway providers, ensuring that your sensitive information is protected at all times.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and they will be clearly shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and the received item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
If your order was damaged during delivery, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package, including photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll quickly replace the product or provide a refund based on your preference.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions by email. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing your refund or exchange.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. If it has already been dispatched, we’ll work with the courier to correct it, but additional fees may apply.
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Please reach out to customer service right away with your order number. Once the order is processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make changes, but you can request a return after delivery.
Yes, for selected products we offer a pre-order option. If the item you want is out of stock, check the product page for pre-order availability or contact our team to reserve your item and receive an estimated delivery date.
